I do have MapMyWalk but I stopped using it partly because I couldn't figure out the calories into Activity Points scenario. I currently have fitbit officially linked with my account and that appears to give (roughly and depending on intensity) 1 activity point after the first 5 thousand steps and 1PP every 2000 steps after that e.g. Today I've done nearly 11,000 steps and 1 hour "very active" and its given me 3 PP so far. I'm not sure about calories because my "total burned" includes those for just living and that doesn't count towards activity for me. Do you have the esource tracker? If so just enter your exercise times in manually (be conservative rather than optimistic about levels) and it should give you a guide.
