So occupying myself during the commute:

This boohoo one there was a purple but sold out - they only have a light mauve or berry. It's called Kendal.

Long sleeved, longish length and purple is a tricky combination! Will keep looking though!

Oooh I love the first one :) xx

Haha, thanks Cat! That second one does look like exactly the sort of thing I had it mind, though as you say it might be a gamble because of the price. I do need to keep the cost down as we've got to sort Kathryn out as well, lol. :) xx

On eBay Tracy they have the purple peplum. It's not boohoo but it is brand new (sold by a distributer). It's exactly the same fabric composition as boo hoo and comes in same colours. Makes me think it's the same dress and they accept returns.

Ooh yes, that one looks nice. I wonder how long it would be on me. I'm a bit paranoid about my horrible knee, lol. Thanks Cat! :) xx

That skirt looks really long to me but I'm 5ft 4 so I often think things look long!!

I've decided to finally change my weight on here to 10 stone, as I'm consistently getting weights below that now - actually 9st 12lbs this morning, but I don't think that will stay! :)

I've been having a bit of a rough time health-wise lately; lots of pain in my knee and a nasty ME flare-up which is making me feel ill all the time as well as very depressed and anxious. None of it has been helped by my Dad being in hospital, so we've got all the worry of that as well as the hospital visiting after work. It's our worst time at work too, being year-end. Sigh. Sorry, just feeling a bit sorry for myself, lol. But on the bright side, my weight's ok! :) xx

You're entitled to feel sorry for yourself.

Lots going on and the ME must wipe you out. Wish I could wing over some energy xx

Aww sorry to hear you are having a tough time at the min Tracy, I hope you feel better soon & your dad is better too x

Thanks Cat and Geri! Please do try to send some energy my way, Cat, that would be great, lol. I'm just chilling this morning before going to see Dad this afternoon. It's not too bad at the weekend, but it's hard in the week when I've had a busy day at work and all I want to do is lie down. The problem is that although the infection he went in for has cleared up, they've left him in bed for too long so he's lost all his mobility and isn't fit to be discharged - very frustrating! :) xx

That's awful :( why did they do that? X

Great about your weight :) (glass 1/2 full and all that!)!

Sorry to hear your not doing so well, and it's harder when your Dad is sick too (hope he gets better soon). Hope your using your pain medication regularly, acupuncture really helps my shoulder with pain and freer movement every 2-4 weeks .. Also I do loads of stretching with my shoulder plus try to continue with the Physio recommended exercises I was given in 2012.. Cause if I don't my shoulder starts to freeze up.. Sending you positive vibes and energy to combat the ME !

Well we believe they did it for convenience, so they didn't have to keep taking him to the bathroom - we can't see any medical reason. But the good (I hope!) news is that they've discharged him this afternoon - we took him home around 4pm. So now it's fingers crossed he can continue to get his mobility back and manage at home like he did before he went in hospital. I'm pretty knackered now, but having a bit of a relax. :) xx

Thanks, Tara! As I just said above, Dad's home now, so it's just a matter of seeing how he goes on! :) I've been taking my Tramadol, and making sure I do my physio exercises twice a day. I keep trying to get up and walk around at work (it helps that I have a bit of a walk to the disabled loo, ironically!), and try to vary my leg position. It's still really painful if I sit with it bent for too long though, which is why I've found hospital visiting difficult - fingers crossed I'll have a bit of a break from that now! :) xx
