Trampolining effective exercise?

I did 20 minutes of trampolining in the garden today (we have a big trampoline.) I was wondering whether this is an effective exercise for calorie/fat burning? I did some research on it and found that NASA use trampolining in training and (supposedly) say that ten minutes of it is as useful as jogging for ½ hour. Can anyone clarify if this is true? If so, by that token, can we assume that doing 30 minutes of trampolining would be as effective as an hour and a half jogging?

I hope this is true, because trampolining doesn’t feel like exercise to me. :)
