I have just transfered from LL to CD, hope that is ok?

Can I expect the same weight losses?

I have lost 4 stone in 100 days on LL but still got around 4 more to go:(

Also I have a question about exercise, I enjoy running and would like to take this up again, will this effect my weightloss in a bad way?

Welcome Saralou! I'm no expert but I think the losses on CD are about the same as LL ( as in a stone a month). They usually say that during your first two weeks you should only do moderate exercise, but as you are proably already in ketosis as doing LL, do what you feel comfortable with. I hope you enjoy the journey here and everyone is really nice, so any questions don't be afraid to shout!

A couple of weeks ago I changed from LL to CD, too. I'd been on LL for four weeks, and the last week on it I'd slowed down a bit and lost only 3lbs.

Then came CD... first week on that, lost 7lbs. :)

Not only does it continue to give great losses, but the variety of different flavours and the amazing things you can do with them - all for a lower weekly price - is just amazing.
