Treat day..yes or no?

I don't tend to have treat days, I have about 10 per day - don't go over on WI day either but when I go out drinking (which I am tomorrow) I will still syn all drinks & food when I get in whether it's a takeaway or ready meal then I will cut down to around 5 syns per day for the rest of the week :) - in the past I've still managed to lose these weeks

I WI on a Thursday, normally drink 40-60 syns Friday night, then just have a few syns in the week, using between 70 & 90 a week, vary rarely do I go up to 105.... but do once in a blue moon, and 'top-up' to the full weekly amount after WI

Strangely enough, the weeks I don't drink, and have 10 syns a day, I generally STS or gain???

I don't generally have treat days. However, if I want to have lunch or dinner out with friends or DH I try to make it on WI day. Though I try to stay on plan as much as I can, knowing its WI day and I have all week to rein things in if necessary makes me feel less anxious lol!

I do, normally once every two weeks. I literally just pig out. Its naughty, but because I've been at my target since around March (although recently re-set it to 7lbs below) I think i can do it 'safely'

I'm naturally a greedy girl, and so I have to allow myself a 'binge'.

I always hav a treat night on WI night

Usually a chinese...this week I had 2 cos its only 5 syns :)

Yes! Every wed after way in :)
As someone said it keeps me sane
Also during the week it motivates me to be good and I get all week to decide what I want :)
Last week it was banoffe :)
This week it was country fried chicken :)

My oh started six weeks ago ( compared to my 31 weeks lol) and now we have a whoever loses most/ gains least gets to pick where we get treat night from :)

Works for us
2st 3lbs for me
1st 13.5 lbs for him

:)

I dont normally but tomorrow night out for a nice meal (i want to enjoy) but still hoping for loss Tue morning (saved few syns each day) so watch this space !
