Treat time???

Morning ladies... Hope all is well.

I've just been wondering when it comes to sw do people have a one off meal that's maybe synned as a treat if they've stuck to the plan the rest of the week?

Basically before sw me+my husband would have got a Chinese (beef curry+half+half is my choice) and a DVD at the weekend... so if I've been on my plan each of the other days, doing my third of a plate with all my meals, using on average 6 syns a day how bad would it be to have takeout at the weekend? Or should I just stick to my plan 100% of the time? What do the rest of you do?

I try to stick to plan all the time, I tend to make my owndonner kebabs, currys , chips etc...but as a treat you can still have chinese etc. There are some nice things like chicken chow mein etc...the syns are in the back of your book, I think they are quite low, just make sure you measure it out. I have a takeaway once a week but go green and have boiled rice, mushy peas and curry sauce...really nice actually, and mushy peas are SS food!
