Treats - what do you do?

Personally I wouldnt even consider something like that a treat, that would just be something Id have in my points allowance.

A treat for me is something like a meal out or a takeaway :)

I have to agree with this! I love Pink'n'Whites but I definitely don't see them as a treat, they're more something I have as a low Point alternative to a treat..ditto cereal bars, low fat crisps and low fat hot chocolate.

I save up my Points then treats for me are 'proper' choc bars eg Turkish Delight, Galaxy, sometimes full fat crisps but I just love to blow my Points on a takeaway..I can't get enough of chippy chips (which is partly why I got so big :p):drool:

That is the beauty of WW tho, you can learn to work these things in whilst still losing weight..
 
I have half a medium domino's thin crust half fat cheese texas BBQ on a Friday with the points Ive saved. Or hot and sour soup, sui mais and prawn crackers from the chinese. Oh and WIIINNNNEE!!!! HEE HEE HEE. :eek:)
