treats :)

    hey im new on here :)
    im also new to sw
    im looking to find syn value on treats like chocolate and crisp

    any help pls ??? :D

    There's a big list in your pack with the syn list. Which in particular were you after the values for?

    Chocolate, crisps, biscuits, cake etc have no free food allowance so they'd be 1 syn for every 20 cals.

    Hi the book from class gives some values - or you could try SW website for specific things kaz x :)

    Okay, go back a page then look at the top of the forum - there is a huge sticky devoted to low syn treats, but as said you can work out the syns on foods like this using 1 syn for every 20 calories.
