Trev's trip to target :-)

Breakfast:

HExB: 2x Wholemeal bread
2x eggs, tomatoes
3x WW sausages= 1.5 syns
Banana

Lunch: Stir fry
Mushrooms, carrot, peppers, beansprouts
noodles
chow mein sauce:3 syns

Tea:
chicken, bacon (fat off) carrots, brocolli, boiled potatoes and gravy

2.5-homemade gravy?

HExA on coffees

total= 10 syns :)
 
lunch: out with friends...steak, tomato, jacket spud, corn on cob ribs and plain chicken skewer

tea: homemade egg fried rice with mushroom, onions, egg and soy sauce xx
 
really good week this on plan apart from sat as it was my bday nite out but only had a fee drinks and stuck to spirits

Weighed in today and lost 1.5lb :)

note: I need to make sure i write my food diary :) xx

Snack tonight some chicken as a treat: cooked sw way :)

steak and chips with mushrooms later for tea xx
