Red Days Tried a red day today......is what I've had ok??!

I have done EE for 8 weeks but just fancied shaking things up today. Can you have a look at what I've eaten and tell me if it's ok for a red day. Feel like I've eaten too much!

b - alpen light bar, herbal tea

s - tassimo coffee (1.5)

l - 2 slices wholemeal bread (heb), egg, lettuce, tomato, 1 tbsp extra light mayo (0.5), velvet crunch crisps (4), mullerlight, pint of sf squash

s - alpen light bar (heb), pear, 2 black coffee's, glass of water

d - 2 homemade burgers, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, 2 dairylea triangles (hea, should have been 3 but only 2 left!), diet coke

s - creme egg (8.5)

Total syns - 14.5

that seems absolutely fine. have you enjoyed doing it? i do mostly green days because i find it more filling and cheaper!

Thanks for your replies. It was nice to have a change! I'm thinking of doing red days mon-fri and doing EE sat & sun. Just have to see how that fits in with the family meals!
