One of you may have seen my other posts with a custard recipe and a Swiss roll recipe...

Well today in a moment of genius (madness!!) I thought about combining the 2 and adding whipped cream...hey presto trifle!!

Sugar free jelly poured over bits of Swiss roll ripped up..leave to set!

Leave custard (see other thread) to cool

Pour cold custard over set jelly

Top with sweetened whipped cream!!

Yummy!!!
 
Oh this sounds like it may be something to make :)!
I set my jelly & cube it before layering...
I have a feeling the kids might eat it before I get any :/
Might have to grate a little 85% choc on top ...mmmmm!
