Trouble with maintenance

I am finding maintenance really difficult - I only started last Thursday and was so looking forward to it. In fact, my first piece of salmon was absoloutely delicious. But now I am feeling guilty about eating and worrying about putting on weight. On Sunday I actually only had one pack and my salad because I thought it was too much. I am finding eating very scary. Does it get easier?

Yes hun it does get easier. Bit of a learning curve, but you will settle down into a routine and then you'll be flying along x x x
I havent started yet (about 2 stone to go!) but can imagine that it wil be very scary having been in abstenance for a while. When I did milk week being out of ketosis really panicked me & that was no food!! I'm sure someone will be along with experience but just wanted to send a cyber hug! Do try & stick to the required prog though to ensure you get the nutrients you need...

well done for getting to Management :D

As ISOM says, tis important to have all the packs you're meant to, for the nutrients etc... Only having one pack may make you ill...

The Management programme is very structured, and there's a lot of research gone into what foods are reintroduced and when.... Relax and enjoy it, you've done soo well to get this far...

Be sure and let us know how you get on at your weigh in and any questions just holler... hopefuly they'll be someone about who's further down the Management road and will be able to help...:D
