I need to get back on track with SW. I love the food that you can eat, but it's the syns - I can't work out how to fit in a takeaway without putting it all back on again.
I've done SW before, managed to lose some weight, but then had to go back to work and put the weight back on again! It's difficult getting to a meeting, especially as I have a disabled child who doesn't like hanging around and wants to keep moving. So I need some other support, as in this online group.
I seem to have a problem with losing and carrying on losing. When I lose a pound I seem to put it back on and then have to lose both the original pound and the additional one!
My downfall seems to be eating out or takeaways. Any suggestions for takeaways that really fit in with SW?
