I can't believe it!!!!arty0038:After thinking that I was going to lose 3lb this week, if I was lucky, I actually ended up losing 5lb resulting in a total of 1st 2lbs lost in only 3 weeks. If you had told me this three weeks ago I would have called you loopy. I can't believe it. I have promised myself that I will only do another 8 weeks on SS and then slowly back to normal eating (not normal for me but normal for slim people, I hope lol). I therefore, hope to lose another 2 stone to get to 9st 8 and the rest I am willing to do slowly.

Wish me luck! I am so happy and so proud of myself for starting and continuing with this diet.

Oh, also remembered that I am now no longer obese just fat (overweight for those with a sensitive disposition).
