well i lost about 9 pounds in 3 weeks on Weight watchers but i was so hungry!! i 'think' i have put about 5 pound back on:( so i am starting to look at slimming world diaries on here, i have a treadmill coming tomorrow so i am really going to start a good exercise routine, i wont be going to classes as i struggle to get to places with two small ones in tow so here i am x

Drop by the SW and say hello! But there's no reason why you should be hungry on WW either. It might be worth speaking to the folk on the board for some advice on what you are eating. Maybe you just need to be a bit more sensible with what you use your points on?

Good luck xrachx, I started a new diet today, already struggling to try and not focus on cakes! So many inspiring people on here though, it's helping a lot x
