Trying again - 3rd time lucky!!

    Hi everyone, Well this is my 3rd attempt at this. A year ago I lost 3 stone and felt fabulous and when everyone kept complimenting me and saying you've lost enough now I thought I could just keep it off myself.:cry: Anyway to cut a long story short, I didnt do RTM and have gained 25lb!! I then tried to get back into it a couple of months ago but just didnt have the motivation and didnt even finish the first week. This time I am feeling really good about it and determined that I will succeed :D. I am going back to my class tonight and really looking forward to it. Is anyone else out there just starting it would be great to buddy up and help each other along - sal x:)

    Hi Potbelly (loving the name btw) and welcome :)

    Don't worry you're not on your own. It's my third time too and I also never did RTM.
    It really is the key to success. I keep hearing the same thing over and over again. On here and in my group as well. RTM is crucial!
    Good luck hun and keep popping on here as this forum delivers an amazing amount of support and advice :)

    How are you finding your returners group? How are things shaping up for you? I am on my second attempt, having unfortunately not gone down the RTM route first time and subsequently gaining 2/3rds of what I 'd lost.
    Best of luck this time, I hope your group and LLC help you through the re-start. Keep us posted.

    After doing LL then Slim & Save,now maintaining doing 5:2!
    Hi potbelly,
    I am also on my 3rd time on LL,I did RTM the 1st time round where I found out what my trigger foods are,so when I have too much of them foods I put weight on,some of which I have.
    I'm on day 8 feeling great at moment now in ketosis,had wk 1 weigh in last night lost 8lb! Yippee!
    Really focused as well,my new group are ok,looking forward to getting back to my goal though for the last time!
