Well i'm back again - having gained all I lost last year ;-(. I had decided to start a diet on 1 Sep but after a really disturbed night dreaming about DC and cambridge diet i came downstairs this morning and though s** it , no more excuses, start now. I've got to do a presentation in front of 70 people in mid-sept so I want to shift a bit before then, and then a conference to go to in November so I really want to see a difference for that.
