Trying again :)

Had a bit of a bad diet day yesterday :( no bad food but I did have vodka :( the no alcohol bit is not good lol! I have a camping trip next Saturday with our friends for hubby's bday! Food won't be hard as I can have BBQ meat & salad! But I won't be able to escape the booze! It's is for a bday though ;)
On happier note some how I am another 1lb down! So that's 4lb this week!

Yesterday's food

Breakfast - pepperami (bad but just grabbed on the way out)
Lunch - bacon & eggs
Dinner - small lamb kebab no pitta just salad and garlic mayo
Snacks - fridge raiders
Drinks - 2 vodkas & sugar free red bull, 2 vodkas & fanta zero plus a vodka & sprite zero :( :( :(
 
Managed a hangover without reaching for the chocolate, crisps & fizzy juice like I normally would! Been snacking a lot but kept it low carb!

Breakfast - camomile tea
Lunch - a 90% meat sausage, bacon, egg & mushroom
Dinner - chilli & garlic steak with salad
Snacks - salami slices, cheese string, fridge raiders & coconut bark

Not been getting enough greens the last two days!! Will up that tomorrow got plenty coming in my asda delivery :)
 
Today's food

Breakfast - a little bit of bacon
Lunch - egg in a cup with a little mushroom & tomatoes mixed in :)
Dinner - gammon steak, roasted celeriac and steamed broccoli

Does anyone have any ideas for brekkie that I could just grab on way out? Lol! Even something I could cook the night before? X
 
Celeriac is awesome!!!! Looked awful though lol! Just had dinner & didn't feel like stealing hubby's roast potatoes at all :) x
 
Arrrrggghh so I went off plan & ate loads if bad things :( so upset with myself :(
Been back on plan for 3 days now! I am so stupid cos I know how bad carbs make me feel! The week I was off plan I felt crappy! I really need to stop messing about!!!
Gonna weigh myself when I feel brave enough & assess the damage :( x
 
Decided to bite the bullet & check my weight! I am only 1lb more than when I went off plan :) I was expecting a lot more than that!!! So I am 12st 1lb and my first target is to get too 11st :) xxx
 
Hi, well done on getting back on plan. Keep going and u will eventually reach ur goal.
 
Feeling sick today thanks to me needing to start over again :( silly me :( not ate much :(

Breakfast - salami & tomatoes
Lunch - a couple of pieces of chicken (was at my worse at lunchtime)
Dinner - huge gammon steak & egg fried in coconut oil
Snacks - pepperami

I have a oopsie roll Swiss roll type thingy in the fridge if I get hungry later I can have a slice! Veggie intake has been terrible today :( will work on that tomorrow :) xxx
 
I tried 5:2 and juddd too! I never lost though :( I just ate too much on "up" days! I don't think I can lose without cutting down carbs! Tried calorie counting too but I was hungry all the time lol! X

Know what you mean. I actually gained.....probs as started drinking fruity ciders and wine all the time thinking it would be ok. Feel much better without the carbs altho I do miss my choc fix x
