Trying red days

I thinking of trying a few red days this week maybe. Just after any tips or anything I should be aware of. I've only ever done EE so I'm not totally sure how red days work.....
My general idea is that meat is free, carbs are HexB's. I don't have to have my 1/3 superfree but it helps and I can have 2 B's and 1 or 2 A's..Have I missed anything I need to know?

And baked beans are also not free- that's where I went wrong my first few red days!
 
Thank you guys :) Im gonna try a red week after weigh in this week. I've been feeling a bit bored of the plan and Im hoping this will help keep me interested :)
