Hi all, I've been on SW for over a year, and I have really lost my mojo lately. Reading about JUDDD and other fasting plans, I think it could fit really well with my lifestyle. I was planning my first DD for monday, but now I'm getting excited, I'm thinking of starting tomorrow instead. I am not sure whether to do 2 or 3 DD's a week, but I do plan to count every kcal on up days to make sure I don't go over the top! I'd be happy with a pound a week loss. I don't have any books, but reading online I have a rough idea of what to do. Here is what the calculator said: I am going to run the plan past my husband, he is a major supporter of my efforts to lose weight, so I want him to be behind me on this.
