Trying to keep track!

Mondays eating!!
B: toast (hexb), flora (1), and a banana.
L: tinned ravioli (1) with salad and dressing (1)
D: chicken stuffed soft cheese (1/2 hexa) wrapped bacon with stir fry veg and noodles.
S: mikado (3), truffle (2.5), apple, grapes, frit pastel(1/2)

Another 100% day. No alcohol for ages!! Probably for the best!
 
Tuesday was
B: toast (hexb) flora (1) egg (ketchup 1) , banana
L: noodles and veg
D: Bolognaise ( beef, onions, courgettes, peppers, garlic, tomatoes, mushrooms) with pasta.
S: grapes, plum, melon, mikado (2)


Wednesday
B: bread (hexb) flora (1) chicken ans salad, muller light, grapes, melon
L: cocoa (1)
D: sw quiche with potatoes, peppers, leeks with salad (1)
S: pretxels (5) banana

2 weeks of 100% slimming world. Very proud but really scared about weigh in tomorrow!
Just feel bloated and that my tummy is getting bigger!!
 
Weigh in yesterday and I had lost 1 1/2lb getting me my shiny :)

Food yesterday was:
After weigh in a banana and an alpen light bar.
Brunch: skinny lizzie sausage (2), lean bacon, eggs and mushrooms
Dinner: Smoked mackerel (3) salad, dressing (1)
Snacks: mikado (1), truffle (2.5), banana with banana and custard muller (waste of calories!!)
 
Fridays diary!
B: toast (1/2hexb), ketchup (1), egg and melon!
L: ryvita (1/2hexb), philedelphia (1/2hexa), tomatoes and a banana.
D: chicken curry (tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach and onions), aubergine curry, salad with raita and boiled rice!
S: velvet crunch (4) wish I hadnt bought the bag of 5 as they are delish!! Hidden at back of cupboard!!, truffle (2.5), mikado (2)
 
Saturday!! Off to work shortly so wont be eating again till tomorrow so today!!

B: boiled egg, soldiers (hexb), flora (1) and a banana.
L: Jacket potato with flora (1), ham, Reduced fat cheese (1/2hexa), baked beans and grapes.
D: leftover chicken curry, aubergine curry, rice, salad and raita.

S: alpen light (3), truffle (2.5)
 
Sunday (worked overnight)

B:chicken salad, dressing (1), mango, muller light, apple,
L: Hot chocolate!(2 ), toast hexb, flora (1), honey!(1)
D: chicken, carrots, broccoli, baby corn, mash (2),gravy(2)

MONDAY!!!
Well after my 2nd night shift I was so tired I lost my self control! I will try and remember all my nibbles!!
B: chicken salad, dressing (1), muller light, mugshot.
L: toast, flora (1), cocoa (1)
D: savoury rice , chicken, side salad, raita.
S: 6 fruit pastilles (3), 2 truffles (5), velvet crunch (2), peanut butter (4) 17syns total
 
Tuesday!!

L: Savoury rice, chicken, raita, salad.
D: chicken wrapped bacon stuffed with phile, ratatouille, mange tout, baby corn
S: chocolate (2)
 
Wednesday!

B: toast (hexb), flora (1), ketchup (1), melon,banana.
L: pasta, tomato sauce, salad, (1/2 hexa for cheese!) dressing (1)
D: Steak, mushrooms, tomatoes.
S: chocolate (2), mikado (1)

Weigh in today. Have done 2 days of 30 day shred so hope that hasnt put me any weight on!!
 
Thursday!
1 1/2 lb off today so still going in the correct direction!
Food today:
B1: hif fi bar(1/2hexb) and a banana
B2: eggs, tomatoes, toast (hexb), flora (1)
D: lamb shish kebab, salad, raita, melon
S: mug shot to beat late afternoon munchies, chocolate (3.5), mikado (1)
 
Friday!
Wasnt the best day for me because the sushi I ate had syns!! Anyway no point dwelling!

B:egg, toast (heb), flora (1), ketchup (1), melon.
L: Sushi (5), banana.
D: chicken, sw roasts, broccoli, leeks, mange tout, gravy (2)
S: velvet crunch (4), chocolate (2), cocoa (1)
!6 syns!!
Did day 3 of the shred and could move afterwards which was good!

Well Im not very computer literate so am just playing at loading a picture. This was supper the other week. A gorgeous ribeye, sw chips, homemade coleslaw and salad. It was loely but I was totally outfaced!
 
Well after Sunday and Monday off plan having a lovely time in London I am back to it today!!

B: Toast, flora (1), ketchup (1), fried egg and a banana.
L/D: Ravioli and salad, dressing (1).
S: Velvet crunch (4), chocolate (2) apple, grapes.

Off for the night shift now.
I have a chicken salad, dressing (1), weight watchers yoghurt, melon and a banana packed!
 
I came back from work this morning totally exhausted from a very stressful shift so had toast with honey and hot chocolate!! Probably about 4 syns. I haven't a clue what I will eat before I go in tonight. I will drop in for my weigh in first thing. I am not expecting great things!!
 
I did manage to get to weigh in yesterday but wished I hadnt bothered due to my 1/2lb gain!

Didn't have a plan yesterday after working then having to go to a school concert.

Today so far....
B: Banana, egg, toast, flora (1), ketchup (1).
L: Low fat super noodles with stir fry vegetables.
D: cod wrapped in bacon with stir fry veg again!!!
S: mikado (3)
 
Am being pretty poor at keeping up to dat with my diary and it is making me a bit lazy with my syn counting!! I am going to try and keep my syn usage on unnecessary foods (chocolate and crisps) to a minimum this week and I am going to try and keep away from the scales. After my pound gain on thursday, I had lost 2 by friday and gained another 1 today so it is all getting to me at the moment. So need to remove battery from scales and really concentrate on my diet. I joined the May weight loss and have got 6 lbs to loose by 31st My. I know its possible!!

Skimmed milk hexa for hot drinks, drink at least 1 litre of water.

B: Toast (hexb), flora (1) and a banana with coffee!
Coffee! Water 300ml.
L: Spicy mug shot stirred into stir fried veg, (peppers, baby corn, peppers) and some gammon. 300ml fizzy water.
Coffee, 300ml fizzy water, 6xmikado (3)
D: chicken, spinach and mushroom curry with salad and raita. All free/superfree! 300ml water!
Have done well today and have milk left so will have cocoa at bedtime (1)

Another Tuesday!
Well I cant get rid of my scales so will continue to weigh daily!! 10 5 today. Was 10 61/2 yesterday!!

Skimmed milk for hot drinks!
Cup of tea.

Coffee.
L: Grilled salmon, new potato fritters, salad and dressing (2). 300ml fizzy water.
Coffee and 2 jaffa cakes (5)
Taking in to work, ham salad with 1/2hexa cheese, dressing (1), yoghurt with blueberries. 1 litre of fizzy water.

Wednesday 16th!

Wont look like I have eaten much today as I listed my night food yesterday.
B: toast (hexb) with flora (1), hot choc (milk 1/2 hexa, 2)
Coffee and mikado (1.5) Fizzy water 600ml
D: Chicken breast stuffed with phile wrapped in bacon. Roasted veg with pesto (2)
300ml fizzy, chocolate (2)

4lbs off today. So pleased! Will carry on with my water drinking in case that has helped!!

Tea and 4 mikado (2)
300ml fizzy water, coffee, 2 jaffa cakes (5)
D: Tandoori chicken and salad, wedges if I feel the need!!

Friday! Well I have had a good day until tonight when kids drove me mad resulting in wine drinking!!
B: toast (1/2 hexb) scrambled egg, ketchup (1)
Coffee, 1/2 hexb hi fi.
L: ham salad with dressing (1)
Coffee, walkers stars (4)
D: bolognaise, grating of parmesan.
Wine!!! chocolate (2)
