Trying to keep track!

Strange day today. Children have gone off on beaver camp so should be making the most of it but feel exhausted so lying in front of tv. Working tonight.

B1: vanilla muller filled with blueberries. Cup of tea.
B2: turkey rashers, baked beans an egg and a coffee.
S: Banana and fizzy water.
D: Probably have leftover pasta bolognaise from yesterday as not in a cooking mood!
had pasta bolognaise, side salad and dressing (1) 300ml water.
Coffee and 2 lotus biscuits (3)

Taking to work,
ham salad sandwich with flora (1), mayo (1), grapes and blueberries,

Well the weekend passed in a blur from night shifts. Stuck to plan though eating at strange times.

4am: ham and cheese salad (1/2 hexa) with coleslaw (2), banana, muller stuffed with blueberries.
9am: toast (hexb) flora (1) and marmite, hot choc (1/2 hexa and 2)
4pm: coffee and velvet crunch (4), mikado (2)
8pm: chicken stir fry with lots super free!
 
Tuesday!

B: toast (hexb) flora (1) banana, coffee.
Cup of tea!
L: moroccan squash stew from the freezer. Think it had enough superfree in it! 300ml fizzy water!
S: skinny lizzy sausages, brocolli, carrots, mash and gravy!
 
Wednesday today. I think its been a good day.
B: toast (hexb) flora (1), banana.
L: Sweet and sour spicy mug shot with stir fried veg and chicken.
D: Burger, roasted veg and syn free bbq sauce.
Milk for tea and hot chocolate (2)
 
Well I have got my 1 stone shiny today. Quite unexpected but I am very pleased!
B: hi fi bar (hexb) after weigh in, coffee,
L: Egg, beans and mushrooms. 300ml water.
Coffee and 2 lotus biscuits (3)
D: Loin pork and something!!

Off to work tonight so after 12mn for Friday.
Sandwich, (hexb) flora (1/2) mayo (1/2) ham and salad. Muller, banana.
D: Chicken with phile and bacon, wedges and salad.
 
Sunday!! I appear to have missed Friday/Saturday but was all within syns.

B: Toast (hexb) flora (1) banana.
L: cooked meats, salad, batchelors rice, roast peppers, dressing(1)
D: Chicken, jacket potato, Flora(1), cheese (1/2 hexa), vegetables.
lotus biscuits (3), mikado(1)
Lots of fizzy water, 1/2 hexa for coffees!
 
I am rubbish at updating when I am working nights. Need to be extra good today and tomorrow as I go away with friends then for 8 days and I am planning on relaxing and enjoying. Havent been fancying any 'naughty' stuff lately so am hoping that will continue while I am away!

Tuesday:
Wholemeal pitta (hexb) with mayo (1), salad and chicken, yoghurt, banana and melon.
Omelette, mushrooms and beans.
Chocolate (3) and a shortcake biscuit!!

Will post todays menu when I know what it is!!
 
Well I am back from my holiday where I ate and drank what I fancied!
I have till Thursday to undo some of the damage done so back to it now!!

B: Toast (hexb), ketchup (1), egg, banana, coffee.
S: Coffee, mikado (1 1/2)
L: Chicken salad, coleslaw (3)
D: Chicken stuffed phile (1/2 hexa), new pots, flora (1/2) corn, sugar snaps, beans, brocolli.
S: hot choc (1)
 
Sunday!

B: Eggs, mushrooms, b beans and fritters.
S: coffee and banana,
L/D: Chicken, couscous with roasted veg, salad, coleslaw (3)
At work tonight, chicken salad sandwich, (hexb), mayo(1), apple and strawberrys.
S: chocolate (3)
 
Monday!
B: toast with flora (1), marmite, jam (1), hot choc (1/2 hexa + 1)
D:Jacket potato, tuna, mayo (1) ans salad.
 
What about your lunch? I go strange without lunch!
I work nights so I had breakfast when I got in, slept all day then had dinner before I left for work.
I then had lunch at 3 in the morning which I will put in todays diary!
I couldnt normally go without lunch!
 
Wednesday!!
B: Boiled egg, bread (hexb), flora (1), banana.
L: Mug shot and fruit (was short on time)
D: Trout, ratatouille, new potatoes, flora (1).
S: velvet crunch (4) chocolate (3)
Lots of water, coffee!!
 
Very pleased to have lost today! 1/2lb to go to club 10. Haven't got below 10 stone for 8 years so will see what happens!

S: Muller greek.
L: couscous, ratatouille and chickpeas.

D: Tortilla and salad, dressing (2)

Friday 15th!

L: Salad with caesar spray and a mugshot. Water
S: Coffee grapes.
D: Lamb dansack, rice, raita.

Monday!

S: Walkers stars (41/2), milky way(6) !!
Motivation is not apparent at the moment!! I always find this happens when I get to this weight but I would like to go lower.
 
Tuesday involved my husband slipping in the shower, putting his elbow through the bath and getting whiplash. It then involved a chocolate muffin with cream and a glass of wine so a bit of a right off. Weigh in tomorrow but working tonight and the only other time I weighed in after a night shift I gained so not very optimistic!
Wednesday.
B: egg, bacon, beans and fruit.
L: Muller light and a banana.
D: Leek and green bean risotto (1/2 hexa for parmesan) with extra veg.
Work. Ham salad sandwich using (hexb, flora (1), mayo (1)), apple and lots of water!
 
Well I was right. I gained 1 1/2lbs. Worse than I thought. feeling really frustrated because I was so close to my club 10!!
No point in dwelling I guess just need to get back to it. Have a 50th party at the weekend so am planning on driving so I don't get carried away with drinking and buffet!

Well I haven't been using my diary but after 2 lovely weeks of holiday I want to get back on track to get to target hopefully by the end of September!

Monday.
Breakfast: muller light, banana and a plum!
Snack: hi fi bar (1/2 hexb)
Lunch: Couscous (2), salad and chicken.
Dinner: Chicken stuffed cheese, wrapped in bacon, BNS chips, peas, mayo (1)
Snacks: fruit ice lolly (2)
 
Tuesday.

Breakfast: scrambled egg, toast, ketchup (1) fruit.
Lunch: fruit, mug shot.
Supper: jacket potato, cheese, bacon, Beans, mushrooms.


Off to work with a bag of differnt low syn foods for the munchies!
