So, I've recently found out I am pregnant!! Eeekkk! For all it was planned, I still feel like it has snuck up on me! I'm so excited, but I'm also worried about what I'm eating. I don't want to gain too much as I'm afraid of the effect this will have on our baby, I don't really care too much about what I look like! I'm also really conscious about making sure I'm eating a healthy diet with plenty nutrients. I had thought about following SW principles, but sometimes I just dont fancy cooking from scratch
I'd really appreciate to know what others are doing to minimise the weight gain and eat well.
