This is my online diary. I want to prove to everyone that I can do this. I want to prove to myself that I can do this.
I am half way though January's Dryathlon where I will prove to myself that I can do what I put my mind to and that I can finish a task. I have a poor concentration span and tend to pick something up and get bored before completing it. I lost count the amount of books I have started to read, I can count on my hands how many I have actually finished.
So after week 1 I have lost 3lb.
I dont have a target event to aim for, I'm not getting married or anything, but I have calculated that at 2lb a week I could reach my target on 3 July 2013.
I do have a family party or 2 this year and although I dont wanna upstage the bride/birthday person it would be nice for people to go...'wow'
