And a gained a pound. How annoying, I am so tired though, and my 4 yr old isnt too well just now and I stayed up late with her this weekend and ended up snacking.
But I am back to it today, had a huge breakfast and feel properly full up.

Thanks , shes got an appointment in 3 weeks to go to ENT to have her tonsils looked at and she has sleep apnea, which is the pits I have hardly had a decent nights sleep since April. Her immune system is a bit low at the moment and she got a stomach bug on Sunday night, so I was eating to stop myself sleeping. She seems a bit better today so hope her tummy is better soon. She was also weighed (my request as I knew she had lost weight but wanted it to show the clinic its affecting her growth) she has lost weight and is underweight slightly which made me feel bad, then I ate chocolate to cheer myself up, then felt annoyed because I felt an idiot for eating the chocolate and guilty I am fat and shes too thin.
Anyway I was just a bit down with sleep deprivation lol. Much better now. if I could just get Emma to eat something....

I put on 1lb this week which i was lucky to get away with!! So should have been more!! Not been totally on it recently and do need a kick up the bum! But hey we are into a new week now so lets hope this week is better than the last!! There cant be that many things left to go wrong for me!!

3.5 lbs and I got my half stone sticker, I missed slimmer of the week by half a pound but never mind. I've lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks... I still can't quite believe it!

I put on half a pound but considering the food my mil cooked on Saturday I've probably come off lightly lol. She cooked a turkey crown in butter, Id already had my daily syns befor we got there, she also did yorkshire puddings, and roast spuds cooked in oil. Put wine on the table and the grand finale a massive 16 portion cream gateau. I would have been better off having our usual chinese takeaway me thinks lol. Well Done to everyone else on their loses. xx

I lost half a pound. Went away for weekend and had few extra syns and was hoping for lots of walking around the country to even them out. Got in one day walking and we were up to our knees in soggy mud but it was fun. It rained and the whole place was flooded, so ended up sitting around in front of log burner hehe. So I am pleased I still had a loss.

On track for next week and hoping for 2lb if I can.
