I'm on a red
Brekkie - 28g nestle shreddies (HEb) with semi skimmed milk (HEa) and an apple
Lunch - 2 weetabix (HEb), banana, grapes, strawberries topped with mullerlight.
Dinner - Turkey breast, loads of veg, 2 aunt bessies yorkshire puddings (6syns) and gravy (2syns)

:confused: I am feeling a little unmotivated today and not sure why, perhaps because it is weigh-in day tomorrow :confused:

Anyway:

Breakfast: 28g Jordans Muesli (HE B), Skimmed Milk (HE A) Banana

Lunch: Massive salad with tuna and 2 tbsp Extra Light Mayo (1.5 Syns)

Dinner: Lean bacon, scrambled egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, quorn sausage, 2 slices Nimble toast (HE B)

Snacks: Kiwi, Muller Light and Extra Light Laughing Cows (HE A)

MM: 2 laughing cow HE A & ryvita HE B
L: Cottage cheese, salad, mullerlight & cherries

D: Grilled ribeye steak, roasted jerusalem artichokes, steamed carrots, olive oil HE B

Snacks: fruit & yoghurt if needed
E: 1 hour walking
W: 2 litres

Red day for me too, i had mostly green last week which is unlike me and i didnt lose anything!

Brekkie
2 slices toast (hex b) with butter (hex a) and marmite, mullerlite

Lunch
Bacon & scrambled eggs on toast (hex b)


Dinner
Chicken breast, mixed peppers and onion fried with fry light and fahita seasoning (2 syns), low fat creme fraiche (3 syns) and salad, grated chees (hex a)

Water 2 litres
Exercise none today
