D: Hot and spicy chicken soup (cook yourself thin recipe), with rice noodles HE B for the chicken

S: mullerlight and fruit
E: Run
W: 3 litres

Do you not have any sins steph? I've only had 2 today and don't really want anymore but my consultant said i should have at least 5.

L Ham and egg salad with cheese hexa and 3 x ww danish 2 tsp of low fat spread 2 sins

D Stewing steak with broccolli and cauli

3 litres of water and went to the gym
