    Hi everyone
    Been absent for a while - long story.
    Last night at SW - lost 2lb so on a high and it is all go for the next month as that is when I set my target weight ???
    Bfast 1 sl w/meal (HeB) with mushrooms and baked beans and brown sauce (1 syn)
    MM Pear
    Lunch SW quiche with baked beans followed by fresh pineapple
    Dinner Bean, Veg and Pasta bake (a WW recipe) - Onions, Mushrooms and Peppers in Fry lite add tinned toms, kidney beans, pasta put in casserole dish top with W/M breadcrumbs (HeB) and 1 oz cheddar (HeA) Followed by no sugar jelly and spray cream (2 syns)
    Using 2nd HeA - skimmed milk for coffees and trying for 6 glasses water.
    Exercise - Ab trainer.
    Must now plan for tomorrow.

    HEX (a): Semi skimmed milk for drinks

    Breakfast: Bacon Sarnie, fat removed,
    brown sauce (1 SYN),
    2 slices w/meal bread (400g) (HEX b)

    Mullerlight cherry yogurt with chopped
    melon, strawberries and banana.

    LUNCH:1 packet wafer thin ham, cucmber, peppers.

    DINNER: 1 small turkey breast, 1 small salmon fillet
    broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, black pepper.

    SNACKS: Yogurt/fruit

    SYNS: Brown sauce 1 SYN
    1x snack size twirl 9 SYNS
