I've been good with my water, but up all night needing a wee, lol.. Sorry, TMI..

I have half a pint before breakfast, then a mug of tea after my shake, then take 1/2 litre with me and sip that (more like guzzle) during my trip to work. Fill that up 3 times a day and then have my tetra and shake in the eve, with more water. Think i might be over doing the 2 litres, but if its helping then, its got to be worth it, right?

Done litre this morning of water, 2 cups of black coffee and my porridge.

Wanted to hold out with the porridge, but too hungry to wait any longer. Won't be drinking any more liquid now as off to bed around 2pm for a couple of hours as working tonight and want to sleep and not be up weeing lol

BTW...let you into a little secret, even though it's not really a secret any more.

New changes :)

You can now include teas and coffee in your water allowance. Black unless you have a milk allowance from SS+ or 810 etc.

Don't overdose on the caffeine. Still have a fair bit of water :)
