Green Day Tuna steak ideas pls

Hi everyone I'm wanting to do some tuna steaks for tea tonight 2 problems haven't got a clue what to do with them recipe wise or how to cook them, never had them before anyone got any recipe ideas and what to have with them?
I'm on a Green day and have both my b options left and both A also with 6 syns left.

This might be a little late but I had tuna steaks the other nights and I fryed them using fry light for around 6 minutes turning a few times and then I served with stirfry veg with ginger, garlic and light/dark soy sauce. Once served on the plate I drizzled Blue Drago sweet chilli sauce over the tuna (I think it was 1 syn per tsp)

Was a delicious meal. x

Thank you I shall do that next time the tuna was lovely will be buying again, I just had it with roasted veg and a few wedges marinated it in soy sauce x
