Turkey and Cranberry Sarnie!!

After the busiest day known to man I had to get lunch just before closing...

I was stuck between veggie lasgane (with MOUNDS of full fat cheese), Pasta with meatballs (really oily :() or a Turkey and Cranberry sarnie so I took the latter option.

Could I have a rough syn-nage please, ive had no HEX A or HEX B today or any bread previously?

Two pieces white (yuck I wanted wholemeal) bread

Tiny slice of turkey no fat on it

Cranberry and butter ( I scraped off most of it but I imagine a tea spoon of cranberry and half a tea spoon of butter left)

I can do green or red day as ive only had free foods on both this morning - which ever has less syns, thanks!
