Turkey, Bacon and Thyme Hot Pot Help!

Hi,

I love the recipe for the Turkey Hot Pot and usually make it on a when needed basis. I want to make it this week and freeze some so i can take it to work when on a late shift. The recipe states it is freezable, is this true of the potatoes that is in it? Has anyone frozen it and tried it after?
