Turkey mince

If you find it's not a lean mince, then do what I always do with any mince (mostly because I can't stand the taste of meat fat!):

Dry fry the mince on it's own in a pan until it is cooked, then drain it through a large sieve and rinse under hot water. You'll get rid of most of the fat that way! It's interesting to see just how much fat comes out of mince... :jelous:

Then just add back to the pan with fry light and voila - syn fee mince!

Just remember not to sieve it down the sink, or else you'll end up with blocked drains!
