Turning 40

This year I’ll be turning 40 (in June) and I’m currently at least 3st overweight.
I want to be slim and healthy by then, I’m very determined!
On top of that I’ve just signed up for pretty muddy in May (what was I thinking?!?)
I’m sure with your support I’ll manage it though x

Good luck - there's loads of time until June you can do it. I'm wanting to lose just over a stone before my 30th in May.

The mud run sounds like it'll be fab
