What's a neep then?
My grandmother (a Scot) used to give me bashed neeps and tatties. Which I think was mashed swede. Although she called it turnip.
In our house (English!) swede is orange and turnip is white/purple. But there seems to be so little difference in the stats....does it matter?

ffs sake - i have turnip nearly every day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bit misleading of the book! Might explain the very average losses..... oh well on to Brocolli it is then.
To be fair - i havent had it last 2 days as think my portion control is always off so just sticking to 120g of chicken
