Tweak week

Highly inspired by lee and his muffin mission I propose we have a tweak week and share our fave tweak recipes.

Tonight I made the standard cheese scone recipes ( can be found in chocko s recipe selection) and doubled th mixture , added chicken tikka pieces and flavourings to one half and ham and mushrooms to other .

The tweak here being using smash as a flour substitute.
