Tweaks on SIMPLY FILLING

Good morning everyone I just wondered if any of you tweak the plan at all ie having muller lights and counting them as free etc xx
 
You still get 49 weeklies with F&H. Have your meals and things on plan and use the 49 for mullerlights etc.
 
Or ketchup lol!
 
I would say maybe take them out of your weeklies this week & include them, in moderation, next week & see if there's a difference...SF technique is really about 'filling and healthy' foods & learning when your body says its satisfied.
