Monday 4th october EE day

breakfast: hexb honeynut shredded wheat
muller
egg scrambled

break: galaxy ripple (9syns)

lunch: savoury rice & chicken
apple &muller

dinner: fish, mushrooms, brocli, cauliflower, tomato ketchup 24g 1syn

melon & muller

walked 2.5 miles

thanks i am in Bangor . Lost all my weight with ww but got sick of counting points put 1.5 stone bck on so am now a sw convert .
 
stayed the same at wi last night going to try and have a better week this week .

looking good...I'm trying to do EE too. struggling with making up my meals with super free foods, but managing to lose so far
 
thanks, i'm actually really surprised that I've lost anything. doesn't feel like i'm on a diet. You've done really well...i'm aiming to get to my target weight in 1 year. then I can relax a little lol

am not recording a diary as after wi the syns are horrific know i shouldnt do this but am going to try from next week not 2 have a complete pig out .
