Two stone gone!

Its a bit of a delayed reaction, I got weighed last night and lost 3lb after a bit of a blip. So in total I have lost 2 stone!!
I have another 11lb to go. I just wanted to say my counselor D_Q is fab! and she has been so sussportive throughout my journey. :thankyou:

well done, my cdc is great too, im starting up through the plans next week as i go on holiday in 6 weeks and didnt want to SS till i go away then pile on loads of weight with all that greek food and beer lol
