typical losses on phase one?

what would be a typical loss on phase one, bearing in mind ive only got a stoneish to loose? cheers
 
I was just wondering if like Cambridge diet the losses are average one stone per month, I know everybodys diff but just wondering which path to go down cheers x
 
Personally if I had only a stone to lose i'd start on OWL on about 30g of carbs per day then once 7 pounds was gone i'd go to premaintenance to lose the last 7 on 35g for the first week then 40g from then onwards.

You'd lose most if not all in two weeks on induction but then you'd have no room to move through the phases to keep it off.
