Hi Emzski...
I've lost more or less 3 stone in 12 weeks, and not one person at work has commented! My immediate family obv know that I am on LL, but other family uncles aunts etc have noticed the w'loss despite not knowing that I'm dieting. I've had nice comments from a few of my regular customers, who have noticed straightaway, and friends / neighbours have commented too!
I think with work colleagues, either they don't feel comfortable saying it... or coz they see u regularly they don't always notice... or personally I mostly wear uniform to work (except on Saturdays as I am Saturday Manager) and my uniform is in my pre LL size, I think that affects ppl noticing too...
Anyway, as BL said, ppl will have to notice sooner or later... if they never say anything then you can be sure it's down to jealousy!! x x x
