ok im confussed twice now....i think i have messed up but then maybe i havent so need some help!!!!!!!

a)i thought i was doing the ss+
- turns out im not..im doing step 2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

b)i been weighing meat/veg after its been cooked!!!
-turns out i should be doing it before......

so now im annoyed that i didnt think about reading the book first....

and thinking should i await my weigh results from this step 2 this week...and if its a nice loss..continue what im doing and we will pretend this post never exsisted....

or

go straight to ss+ now????

*i would also like to point out im not drinking the milk on step 2...as i dont like it lol*

so the only difference is im having a bigger meat allowance??? which may be even bigger if im weighing it at the wrong stage...

Are you satisfied with the food you are eating? If so, I think I would just carry on UNLESS there is a medical reason you are starting on Step 2 of course xx
 
Hi LadyGrey, It's totally up to you but if you decided to do ss+ then I would say now you know that you weigh before cooking start doing that from tomorrow and see how you get on! My attitude to dieting has always been one mistake and thats it diet over! I then stuff my face until I feel guilty then start over again following week. Now if I slip up I say O well forgive myself and get straight back on track ! I hope that this change in mindset will help me maintain once I reach my goal weight!
