dulcolax - and its bloody fantastic! i tried fibreclear ages ago and it did nothing

got some dulcolax this week and i've been to the toilet twice since wednesday! that NEVER happens. lol

be careful with dulcolax i got such strong cramps from it it turned me off lipotrim was afraid id have to use it again!! senekot is good too

i get cramps about 6 hours after i've taken it, then go the toilet, and then i'm fine

I have a heaped spoonful in both my shakes and that seems to be enough for me. I did take ducolax once and when it worked by heck it really worked!!!!! Lol!!!!! Haven't needed to take another one - yet!
