Can anyone please tell me how many syns are in this sauce. The info is as follows: per 100g 'cal 45, carb 7.7g, fat 0.2, thanks!

No need for all the nutritional detail just the calories. No free food in jars of sauce so the 1 syn per 20 calories rule applies so around 2.5 syns per 100g (45 calories - i'd round up to be sure)
