Under 100 calorie amazing, filling Breakfasts???

And me. I have 40 gms oats - fruit - yogurt for about 260. Any less and I would also be picking (badly) so would rather go for a bigger breakfast.
 
When I'm working I usually have two sandwich thins toasted with 15g Lurpak Lightest melted on top for a lovely buttery toast-like fix in the morning :D totals 257 cals.

On the weekend I love to have two toasted sandwich thins with two poached eggs with lovely gooey yolks for 360 cals. Sometimes I add in some bacon medallions if I'm feeling particularly decadent :eating:

The porridge suggestions are intriguing though - I may give them a try! Getting starving hungry before lunchtime is a major problem for me!
 
if you like to feel stuffed try maybe just fill your plate with lots of greens... like rocket, spinach etc.. you get full plate with under 20cal..then mix with them half cucumer that's 10cal and half tin of beans to keep you full... thats healthy, filling with fiber...
