Share your weekly shopping

This week was just a top up shop for me, herbs and spices, selection of fruit and vegetables, fat free natural yoghurt and cottage cheese, eggs, 400g whole meal loaf and some salmon fillets. I have only recently started back on the plan after a 3 year break, where I fell of the wagon in spectacular fashion. This time round, I am devising weekly meal plans and only buying what I need for each meal instead of doing a shop then trying to think what to make each day, which used to end in me just making whatever was quickest and not always on plan. Here's hoping I can get back to my target weight and stay there!
 
Same for me. Freezer is full already, loads of tins, herbs and spices so just stocked up on fruit, potatos, carrots and yogurts.
