Hi!! I am a new memeber and just found out about the unit diet. I want to buy the book to find out more about the diet. How are you going on so far. Is the diet easy to follow? Which book should I buy? on the internet I found a few books (handbook, and a complete guide and a book with menu plans) which one is best to buy for starters and to understand how the diet works?
