Hiya 
I'm ashamed to admit when I logged on this afternoon I had to update my stats as I have gained half a stone.. I was so keen and motivated to lose weight up until my university placement started. For the past 13 weeks I've been travelling 3 hours each way to the hospital I'm working at, whilst having lectures too my stress levels have been through the roof and exams were the final straw meaning my weight and my eating has gone out of the window!!
I'm being my lovely friend's bridesmaid in August and would really love to have lost at least a couple of stone by then. I know I can do it, as I've done it before on extra easy.. but was wondering if anyone fancies buddying up to help each other along the way!?!
