I lost 8 lbs and a quarter! So pleased - really happy!

Thanks all!

Although to be honest - thats based on 12 stone 9 and now Im 12 stone 1.

When I weighed myself after being weighed at night - in the morning of last Tuesday (grrrreat english Lauren!) I was 12 7 - so Im going to weigh myself in the morning and see what I weigh.

Thank you thank you thank you - it was all very much worth it!! Here's to the 2nd week......oh it seems so far away till I weigh myself again...but Im looking forward to having bars in my 3rd! x x
