Hello, im thinking of starting extra easy as I see alot of people have success on it.
Everywhere I read its all about calories in and calories out.
I cant quite work out how this diet would work but people seem to be proving it wrong all the time.
What im wondering really is it because people eat whats available on the extra easy + their syns and come in under maintenance on a calorie counter or could I really eat a HUGE bowl of pasta for dinner and tea with 2/3 vegetables and some chicken etc and really lose weight?
